3 Unable to install the app
  • 1. Your storage is low. Check your device storage
  • 2. Minimum android version requirement Android 7.0 Naugat
4 Ask for phone permission For app registration reason, we need your phone permission
5 Ask phone permission every time when open the app Every time phone permission somehow denied
6 App shows “Unauthorized Access”
  • 1. You don’t have any permission to use this app. Contact or write a mail to admin
  • 2. If you are already registered, you might share wrong information to admin when registration, contact with admin
7 Every 2 minutes the app is automatically logged out Yes, for security reason, the login session will expire within 2 minutes automatically. If you use like browse the app continuously then session will not expire
8 The background light of phone didn’t turn off when accessing the app The app will glowing your phone back light. If you close the app, logout from your session, or after the current active session expired, then the back light will be normal
9 Shows warning message when I entered in “Change Light Name” page You may forget to select any registered device from drop down menu in Home screen page
10 Show warning message when I want to change the light names in “Change Light Name” page You may insert a wrong character in a light name. Don’t enter any | or newline character
11 A red cross button shows bellow of the registered device menu in Home page with message “Device Status”
  • 1. Smart box turned off where it has been installed. Check its power switch
  • 2. Smart box have a registered SIM card. There might be some issue in SIM card, like SIM card registration failed, or low balance
  • 3. Smart box unable to connect with the internet due to low network coverage
  • 4. Main balance or data pack not present
  • 5. SIM card which is required, not inserted in the smart box
12 Unable to switch ON the smart box, power plug inserted properly
  • 1. You may have some problem in power adapter. Please check it with another adapter with 12V 2Amp DC
  • 2. If you already change the adapter and the situation is same, then your smart device have some technical issue. Please contact admin
13 Current activation status shows “Expired”, and there have a locked sign Your period of time for use the selected registered smart box has expired. Please contact with admin for renew
14 “SAVE” button disabled when select one registered device, unable to save any changes Your period of time for use the selected registered smart box has expired. Please contact with admin for renew
15 Can’t able to change the light using remote
  • 1. Change the remote battery with new pair
  • 2. If new pair also unable to working, your remote unit have some technical issue
